The brief is research, not a promise of intent.
These terms govern purchases and use of FundedLab Radar, a service operated by Autrey Holdings.
The service
FundedLab Radar automatically compiles a research brief from public funding records using deterministic filters and scoring rules. The brief may include source facts, classifications, commercial-fit assessments, caveats, and downloadable data.
Scope and delivery
The purchased scope is the capability, territory, funding window, and minimum award submitted at checkout. Automated processing begins after successful payment. If immediate delivery fails, the order enters an exception queue and remains subject to the one-business-day delivery remedy in the Refund Policy.
No guaranteed sales lead
A public award is not proof of an active purchase, open procurement, available budget, vendor selection status, or future sale. Scores and commercial interpretations are automated research classifications, not statements by NIH or another funding agency.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide an accurate delivery email, use the service lawfully, independently verify information before acting on it, and avoid treating the brief as legal, financial, procurement, or compliance advice.
Payment and access
The listed price is a one-time charge processed by Stripe. An account is optional. If you sign in, orders using the same email may appear in your private order history.
Permitted use
You may use a purchased brief inside your organization for research and commercial planning. You may not resell the brief, publish it as a competing database, or remove source and uncertainty labels in a way that misrepresents the analysis.
Service limitations
The service depends on public data and third-party infrastructure that may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from a purchased brief is limited to the amount paid for that brief.
